Toyota Arena Tokyo features a high-resolution center-hung video system and Japan’s first dual-layer ribbon display, enabling a wide range of visual presentations utilizing the entire arena space. The center-hung video system is designed with angled surfaces facing the audience, ensuring high visibility from every seat. In addition, the ribbon displays installed on both upper and lower levels support venue-wide visual production, with the upper ribbon display measuring approximately 2 meters in height.
All visual systems are unified in high resolution and can be integrated with the main and ring displays, allowing for coordinated visual presentations. In addition to sporting events, the venue accommodates a variety of uses, including ceremonies, product launches, and exhibitions.
The arena is also equipped with permanent trusses and a built-in stage, and is designed to allow direct access for large vehicles onto the arena floor, supporting efficient setup and dismantling. The 360-degree seating configuration provides clear sightlines from all directions, enabling the use of visual, audio, and lighting systems for flexible event production.
Furthermore, hospitality areas such as terrace suites and lounges are available for use according to event needs. When combined with catering services, these spaces can be utilized for VIP hosting, receptions, and networking.
With these facilities and spatial configurations, the venue is capable of accommodating a wide range of MICE programs, including international conferences, ceremonies, incentive events, and receptions.
