The Telecom Center Building, shaped like the Arc de Triomphe, is a landmark in the waterfront area. The atrium, from the ground floor to the 5th floor, is a spacious area of 2,025㎡ and is 37m high. It is used for a variety of purposes, such as filming TV shows and adverts, exhibitions and concerts. The observation deck on the 21st floor has been recognised as a Night View Heritage of Japan: from a height of 99m, you can take in a gorgeous panoramic view of Tokyo at night, including Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, Shinjuku Shintoshin and Shinagawa Pier.
