Tokyo International Exchange Center Plaza Heisei is a conference facility developed to promote international exchange, featuring the International Conference Hall, the Media Hall, and multiple meeting rooms. The International Conference Hall is equipped with simultaneous interpretation systems supporting up to six languages, providing an ideal environment for international conferences and academic symposia. The Media Hall also accommodates simultaneous interpretation in up to three languages. Each meeting room can be flexibly used for breakout sessions and seminars, making the facility well suited for academic and international MICE events, as well as lectures and cultural programs, serving as a venue for a wide range of intellectual exchange.
The International Conference Hall is a conference space well suited for international conferences and symposia, equipped with simultaneous interpretation booths supporting up to six languages. This multilingual environment enables smooth global discussions and academic exchange.
The hall accommodates up to approximately 400 participants in a theater-style layout. With movable seating on the first floor, it can be reconfigured for various setups, including roundtable formats, depending on event needs. The spacious interior, featuring a ceiling height of approximately 13 meters and a distinctive design, is also suitable for lectures, ceremonies, and filming.
In addition, the hall is equipped with a large screen, audiovisual systems, internet connectivity, organizer offices, and waiting rooms, providing all essential functions for event operations. It can accommodate a wide range of uses, from international conferences to cultural programs.
