The TIME24 Building, featuring an office space and conference rooms, is located in the Aomi area, close to the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, and Miraikan - National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. The building is furnished with a variety of conference and training rooms, including a training room for up to 252 people, and can be used for a variety of purposes. The conference rooms are located on the 13th and 14th floors of the building, so you can look out over Tokyo Bay and the centre of Tokyo. Furthermore, Sky Restaurant Seagull on the 11th floor can accommodate up to 300 people for parties and banquets. Tokyo Global Gateway （English Village） opened here in September 2018, and has been garnering attention both within Japan and overseas.
